A.先理解孩子的焦慮來源
(與父母分離的焦慮?面對新環境和新事物的焦慮? )
B. 觀察幼兒在什麼情況下有焦慮行為(例如刮手指、周圍望)
C.父母切勿偷偷溜走,說清晰在孩子情緒穩定下與孩子告別
D.與孩子交換一兩件熟悉的物品
